Every pack you see here is sold and shipped by our partner store. When you choose a pack, you finish the order on their checkout, and they pack it, ship it and send you tracking.

Packs travel dry

Screw-top and hard case packs ship empty, with the cooling mix sealed inside, so they are light and nothing can leak in transit. Prefilled gel packs ship sealed and unfrozen. Nothing arrives frozen — the first freeze happens in your freezer.

Delivery times and tracking

Delivery speed, costs and options are set by the partner store and shown at their checkout before you pay. Tracking lives on the order page of the store you bought from; that page is the fastest way to see where a parcel is.

A box arrived damaged

Photograph it and open a request from the order page at the partner store. They handle replacements for anything damaged on the way.
