Lunch Box Ice Packs, 6.5" x 7.5", 5 Pack
Five slim 6.5" x 7.5" packs made for lunch bags.
Not every cold run is a weekend at the lake. Sometimes it is a yogurt, a salad and a twelve-hour shift. These are our slim packs for lunch bags, backpack coolers and diaper bags — small enough to tuck along a side wall, cold enough to still be firm when the lunch break finally comes.

Five slim 6.5" x 7.5" packs made for lunch bags.
No filling — two small gel packs straight to the freezer.
Two 10" x 10" gel packs, frozen and ready — 24–48 hours.
Our lunch box ice packs come two ways. The 6.5" x 7.5" five-pack uses the same screw-top pouch and 18°F mix as our cooler packs — you fill it once with the funnel and it is ready for years. The prefilled gel packs skip that step: non-toxic, BPA-free gel is already sealed inside, so they go from the box straight into the freezer.
The small prefilled pair is built for about 8 hours of cold, right for a school or work lunch. The medium 10" x 10" prefilled pair is rated for 24 to 48 hours and doubles as a soft cooler pack for road trips and long grocery runs.
Two small packs beat one large pack: put one under the food and one on top. Start with food that is already fridge-cold, close the bag fully, and keep it out of a hot car. Slim packs leave room for a drink and a container side by side, and because they never melt into water, the bread stays dry.
Owners also use these small packs for bottles and pumped milk in a diaper bag, for refrigerated medication on flights, for fishing bait and for a picnic tote at the farmers market. Anywhere a big cooler pack will not fit, a lunch pack will.
Small does not mean weak. Our lunch box packs are designed with the same cooling performance as the cooler packs, just scaled down for everyday bags. Compared with traditional ice in a sandwich bag, they stay colder, they do not leak, and they do not leave a puddle under the lunch. Compared with thin store-bought gel packs, they hold their cold for hours longer — the reason they have become so popular with commuters and school families.
Each pack is durable and leak-resistant, engineered to be refrozen night after night. That is a reusable cooling solution with real efficiency: freeze it while you sleep, pack it in the morning, bring it home and put it back. On road trips and outdoor adventures, the small packs also fill the gaps in a larger cooler, keeping a custom corner extra cold for dairy or medication.
For a soft cooler or a lunch bag, cooling depends on keeping the cold close to the food. Slim packs make that easy wherever you are going, and two of them are a simple, long-lasting upgrade over a single big block. If you are ready to upgrade your lunch game, this is the place to start.
