Orders, deliveries and returns

We do not take orders on this site, so we cannot see order numbers, change addresses or issue refunds. Everything about an order — tracking, a late parcel, a return, a replacement — goes through the order page of the partner store you bought from. They have your order details and can act on them right away.

What to include

• The pack size and type (hard case, screw-top, prefilled)
• The cooler you use it in, with its quart size if you know it
• A short description of what happened, if something went wrong
